Refund Policy

• If you have accessed or answered 5 questions or less on any of the subscriptions (Assessment Test, Tool Box Plan, and/or the Day License Plan) and you contact us within 2 weeks (fourteen calendar days) from the original subscription date we will review your refund claim and issue a prompt refund if you are dissatisfied with our online testing program.

• If you have accessed or answered more than 10 questions on any of the subscriptions (Assessment Test, Tool Box Plan, and/or the Day License Plan) we will not refund your claim.

Within 5 business days of the request for refund, a credit will be processed to your credit card. No refunds/credits will be issued if the original payment was made by a check or money order.  No refund checks will be sent. We respectfully reserve the right to refuse any refund for any reason.

Subscription Refund Guarantee Claim Procedure:
*Our 100% money back guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• Assessment Plan the money back guarantee does not apply.
• The Tool Box Plan is eligible for a full refund of the subscription price if you fail the state license builder’s exam on your first try after receiving a passing score on our assessment practice exam.  You must take the state administered exam within 30 days of receiving a passing score on our assessment practice exam.
• *The Day License Plan is eligible for a full refund of the subscription price if you fail the state license builder’s exam on your first try after answering correctly all of the questions (300) within the 14 day subscription period.
