Retail Boom & Feast or Famine

Did you know?

Retail Boom

Believe it or not, retail projects in the Metro Detroit area are booming. For example, a 155 million dollar mall is being built in Clinton Township. Which is a small portion of the 1 billion dollar in retail projects under construction in the area. What does this mean? It means that consumers in Michigan have money to spend! Yes, retailers expect marginal profits in the next couple of years, but they expect growth each year. Experts say that business will continue to improve and that the Michigan economy will improve by the end of the decade.

Did You Know?
